Playing in photoshop - too much?

Trying to learn some new techniques in Photoshop and had a play with this pic I took yesterday.

Is it too much or does it look ok...I can't decide to be honest.

I quite like it actually. It looks very artistic. It's the sort of modern version of the paintings I used to see on the walls at my grandads office when he used to work for Massey Ferguson in the 80s.

I like it! not usually the biggest fan of such dramatic post processing but in this case I think it works really well

I think it looks very good, very HDR-esque without being over the top. Fancy sharing the original for comparison?

It doesnt look over the top. There does seem to be an area of brightness beneath the arm, though, that stands out from the rest of the landscape.

i think its very well done the age of the machine adds to the dramtic processing.

Hi guys thanks for the comments.

It is actually a HDR blended from 3 images. I just used a plugin called HDR Efex Pro and messed about with it a bit.

I'll get the originals up later when I get in from work.
