playing lan games online?

hey guys just wondering if any one knows of any programs that allow you to play a lan only game with some one else over the internet?

Set-up a virtual private network (vpn), I've only tried hamachi but it's worked with all games that I have tried it with.

Yeah i would go with Hamachi worked for me when me and a friend needed to play lan games over the net.
