Playing Rome Total War in Window?

) but was wondering if there was any way of running the game in a window? there doesnt seem to be any option to turn off fullscreen mode, or maybe im just blind ? 
i can't find anything in the preferences.txt, so your not blind 
perhaps there's an exe perameter but i've not heard of one though. i'll see what i can find.
edit: there are exe parameters and i read windowed mode can be achived, now to find the list.. back soon.
-ne is the command.
right click RomeTW.exe and select create shortcut and in the textbox named Target enter -ne at the end of the line outside the quotes..
example
"D:\Games\Rome - Total War\RomeTW.exe" -ne
