Playing the same song over and over again?

Hi.

Does this annoy you? When a member of your familiy, or a flatmate constantly plays the same music over and over again? My flatmate must have a library of about 5 tracks, you can hear the same thing over and over again and it drives me crazy!!! :eek:

Dont know about most people but it would take me days to get back to the same track.

This used to annoy the hell out of me when i was living at home, my sister would buy a cd single (who even does that anymore??) and play the same 2 or 3 song over and over and over. And it was usually some girly turd like westlife.

In university one of our hallmates left Billy Piper's "Day and Night" on repeat for eight hours one night. She left her room meaning to only be brief, but ended up bumping into someone, getting drunk and falling asleep in their room.

I came back that evening to find all the girls sitting in the corridor in their underwear, waiting for security to unlock her room and turn the stereo off.

I find that far more enviable and impressive than downloading thousands of albums and only listening to them once each.

I could listen to the same album for MONTHS. I had an album in my minidisc player (when i used it) for about a year or so without taking it out, and I listened to it everyday on my walk to uni and back.

I do this sometimes(same song over and over) however it's only on headphones, in the house! I'd hate anyone else having to endure it

Unfortunately, everyone I know now hates the few albums I've had in the car as they've heard them so many times.

When I pay a same song over and over again, I try to make it sounds like it's not repeating, I just click at some point I know it blends with the end.

same record for the 16th time exact same set that you did last time

it can be a pain in the ass but since i got my decks i often find lazyness takes over and end up playing the same record over and over and over again sat and listened too cosmic gate exploration of space about 20 times on repeat last saturday , usually make more of an effort too be less lazy at changing records if i have people round mind u

I annoy a lot of people by doing this too but I don't care - generally most of my attention is on the road so not too concerned about a song being repeated!

At the moment I keep listening to Lamb of Gods "in your words". Just because it's a rediculously good tune.

Usually I'll have one particular song I'll like for a month or so then I'll go back to shuffle before finding something else I like

maybe he doesnt have a music library - maybe he is just guilty of listening to LOCAL BLEEDIN RADIO STATIONS - cause thats all they do - over and over and over and over and over and over and over again . . .

No, she has a library of about 1000 songs apparently, I asked her. I listen to Radio 1, Real Radio and Minster FM sometimes, nowt wrong with abit of radio.

My Flat mate has a large music collection (some of which I gave her) but she insists on playing "Sex on Fire" over and over and over and over.... again!.. its driving me MAD!!... its not even a good song!!.. :mad:

Roll on the Day I move out (hopefully I can last those 12 weeks without killing her!!)
