Playing video in Firefox.

When i try to play streaming video off a site like the BBC, it seems to play ok for a few seconds and then it freezes.

It works fine when i use IE for some reason. Is there some sort of plugin that i need for Firefox?

Just one more thing.

The streaming from the BBC site is working now although when i click on a link like this , it will play for a few seconds and then freeze like it did previously.

Any clues?
