hi ya sorry for the urgency, what i am wanting to do is to create a mix usb style tape for my girlfriend, i have sort all the music out but the only problem is i want to make a playlist file so when you place in her computer she can click on the play list file and it will load up in iTunes, and play in the order that i have chose, i know this can be done but i do not know what software i need as itunes does not export. basic i want it like you get with torrents of music albums, where by there a folder with the song files in and you just click the playlist and it load it all in to your media player of your chose and starts playing.

thx so much for the help in advice

easy - create a playlist in whatever media player you use and go to File -> save playlist.
Nah, I think he's worried about it resolving the paths correctly.

Generally when you don't have the beginning of a path the software will assume you're referring to the current directory. If you save the playlist on your USB disk Windows is calling E:\ it might look something like so:
E:\musicforyou\hamsterdance.mp3

If the playlist file is in the same directory as hamsterdance.mp3 you can chop off the preceeding part of the path and most software won't care. Try it out!
