Playstation 2's value?

Hey people

Just listed my PS2 on you know where but I'm not sure if i put the right price on it

How much would you say a PS2 with 42 Games and 26 PS1 Games +

2x controllers
2x Interactive Guns

Would be worth?

I've not a clue if I've asked for way too much :confused:

How much would you say this would be worth?

The games will be worth next to nothing unless they're rare or particularly good, new ps2's can be had as cheap as £40.

You might be better trading it in at a high street game retailer. Providing there is something new that you want that is.

I would really recommend keeping it unless you're desperate for the money or now hate games and will never play them again. A few games are worth sufficient amounts to sell on - if you have an original (non-platinum) copy of FF7/8/9 in near-perfect condition then it will probably fetch £20, for example, but most are next to worthless. As people have said, I would be very surprised if you could get more than £50 for the whole lot (if you sold it together), even if it includes some decent games.

You would have been better off selling them when you had completed them and just keeping the really good games you'll want to play again. Would have got £20-£30 back for each one assuming you bought them near release.

I'd agree with the £50-£60 price, although if you take some decent photos then maybe a bit more as it'll make yours look better than the scores of other ps2 bundles.

Gamestation give £20 for ps2 consoles. Not worth much these days.

I'm thinking about picking one up again to play through a few old classics , I've got a yerning to play Z.O.E. 2.

really does depend on the games tbh.

if they are just carp games then not a lot.

As mentioned some "rarer" and good games can get a fair bit on their own. eg the FF7 non platium. As long as its in good nick can get you about 20-30quid.

Also is it a FAT PS2 or Slim ? Does it have a box all the cables etc ?
