PlayStation 4 Pro in-bound

Amazon have their own couriers in some areas now apparently but I reckon it's really just a contract they've agreed with My Hermes or some other existing courier.
 
Yep random guys in white vans turning up at 8 pm or later for me.

Sony have thrown their guidelines out of the window already with the Pro. They originally said every game from October onwards had to have a Pro mode at launch and devs weren't allowed to add it at a later time.

Did they actually ever officially say this? I can't remember due to all the leaks and things.

Mines be dispatched and due for collect from my chosen pick up point tomorrow due to being at work. Tesco order for £324 as ordered when on offer.

Anyone know when the battlefield 1 pro patch will be released? Or FIFA. As currently have no games to test the pro features if not. Unless I perhaps get hold of COD IW or Uncharted 4.

haven't seen a direct source but have seen a few sites quoting sony as saying "Virtually all new PS4 game releases moving forward will be able to take advantage of PS4 Pro capabilities on day one, or in some cases shortly after launch via a downloadable update.”

they also said that there would be no online multiplayer advantage for people with a pro but then changed tune on that and said it's up to the devs to choose and balance that.

does seem like a bit of a shift in power to the devs basically deciding everything with the pro support.

Only neighbour I have that isn't out at work all day is elderly and deaf, last time she took a parcel in for me it took me 2 days to get it off her!

Doe Amazon have pickup points if no ones home?

Not once dispatched. You can leave instructions for a secure location to leave it? Alternatively they will try again on the Friday. Maybe change delivery to your work address.
 
Anyone know, can I backup my original PS4 to external HD including all game installs and updates as well as games saves as I have a limited 50GB 4gee home broadband service which is the maximum EE offer and landline broadband due to being so rural was so slow I ditched it. I want to avoid having to re-download everything to the PS4 Pro. Apparently even ethernet to router to ethernet will take about 9 hours for 350GB transfer from original to pro. Obviously since I'm trading in the original for pro, I won't have the luxury of having both consoles at home to do the transfer and the Game store won't do it, as I did ask them. Of course I also have to format the original before trading it in to remove all my personal info from it. Does a backup also save any browser bookmarks?

Well all 3 orders from amazon that are due tomorrow still haven't been dispatched. Also the new tomb raider game was du today and tracking shows Royal Mail recevied it 6pm today.....
