Playstation 4 vs Netflix vs BT Parental Controls

Hello,

I did a search - but couldn't find anything relevant.

I've resolved this issue - but can't believe that its the only (most appropriate) way to do it..

The missus bought me a PS4 for my birthday and I've installed Netflix.

For some reason - I keep getting the NW-25 error - the fix for which is to turn off BT Parental Controls...

I've done it - but its hardly ideal...

I'm assuming (possibly wrongly) that its something to do with DNS - but being a bit thick, I could be well off...

Any ideas?

You might be right mate, the BT parental controls are DNS based iirc.
They will onyl work if you are using the BT DNS

Try with a diff DNS and see what that brings?
