PlayStation Exclusives?

Trying to find a list of exclusives that were only available on Sony's consoles but not necessarily exclusive to a specific model. I can only find the PS3 exclusives which doesn't include games that were released on both PS3 and PS2 or Vita.

Can anyone help?
