Hi folks!

Right,

I have SOLD my X850XT So I no longer have a choice of upgrading, I simply have to lol, so I have my eyes on the HIS X1900XT-X.

Not much of a dilemma I know...But here is the main one;

My motherboard is a MSI K8N NEO4 Platinum, and I am quite tempted to upgrade it to the new ASUS A8R32-MVP Board.

Is it worth it?

The benefits it would have is more usb ports instead of me having to use an external port, and perhaps it is faster in general use? ( I Use PC a lot for audio encoding/etc etc)

PCI cards I use are a Powercore PCI card + EMU 1820m PCI Card.

I could probably get a half decent price for my MSI as I keep everything in pristine condition.

The main question is, is it worth it? I will not be using a crossfire setup...

Also, iirc the A8R32's USB performance is still not quite up to Nvidia's offering, although the difference is small - but then you don't want to go spending extra cash to get a decrease in performance, no matter how small.
