I swear I've seen that design somewhere else before (Not on stylewar.co.uk) but I can't for the life of me remember where. Did you buy the template off them? I did a quick Google and it seems they don't have the best reputation when it comes to ripping templates.

The site seems to function well; it looks like you've integrated the different scripts nicely. The code for the design could do with a lot of work though; tables, line breaks all over the place, spacer images, non-contextual inline images and inline styling are so 90's

Yes template was bought of Stylewar.co.uk some months ago now.
