My mum has asked me to build her a pc just for facebook games and streaming media to her apple tv.

I've been looking at a few different specs and I can get something I think will perform alright for around £220,

That gets me a quad core AMD a8 7600 with onboard gpu
4gb DDR3
1tb hdd
motherboard
Wifi adapter
micro atx case

She said she would like to only spend £150 if possible, Is there anything on the market that could run flash games for that price?

Thanks

I've had a quick look but there's nothing around there at the moment, She's stubborn as hell, She is only just giving up on her old Pc that I built for around the same price 7 years ago, If it wasn't for the flash performance she wouldn't be upgrading

Ok that's tight haha

This is the closest I could get...

Have you looked at a cheap netbook or something used?

Thanks for that, That's about the best I could do too, I will have to tell her to stop being a tight arse and fork out the little bit more,

Thanks for the help :-)

Pentiums are good for this too. I built a pc for the sister in law using a G3220 and one for the wife using a G3420 for exactly the same uses. You should be able to pick one up second hand for around £30. Pair it up with a H81 mobo and it's perfect for the required use.
