It was overclocked by overclockers they told me to post on here and someone would have the settings I need
That really surprises me because overclocking does not work like that. One CPU might be capable of higher clock speeds than another "identical" cpu. One CPU might reach said high clock speeds at impressively low voltage while another might need very high voltage, etc etc etc.
Since voltage being too high degrades a CPU, you always want to run your overclock at the lowest possible voltage for your particular individual CPU, which you determine via testing, which is tedious, but that's the right way to do it.
