Purpose of this build is a decent Excel office PC for as cheap as possible. (Don't need software) Thanks.

You could swap out the case to the one you've suggested to save a few quid. The biggest saving is the CPU, obviously. The G4600 will perform very similarly to the i3 - it's a dual core CPU with 4 threads. I couldn't recommend an i3 considering the price difference.
The PSU is made by Seasonic so is well made and cheaper than the EVGA
