Please check my Cheap Spec

I've been looking at upgrading my Prescott [email protected] PC for a while now. Dont want to go over the top as i only use my pc for surfing, watching movies, ripping cds and dvds and some encoding. Other stuff i use it for is general office stuff.

I dont want to spend much as money is tight at the mo. My main priority is for *** pc to be quiet and this is why i will be running it fanless....
Anyway i have specced up the following:

I already have a M-audio soundcard, an eclipse-62 case and a 19" TFT.

What do you guys think?
Will it handle what i will be throwing at it?

NO, want to keep the heat down so i can run it fanless

The 400gb will be the archive drive.
How much heat does that 4200+ stick out? I dont think that will run fanless will it or even with a fan running at 5V ?
