Will this spec be good enough for video editing, gaming, and general computing?

Is there anything you would swap out or add (I already have optical drive, monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, Vista 64bit)

Please give me your advice.

Cheers,
Spitzoid

I'd personally not buy the bundle, this includes 4gb of suitable Ram, a better cooler and is cheaper but if you want the guarantee I suppose you should buy the bundle or at least one of the guaranteed CPUs. The "@3.2ghz" is almost certainly achievable with any Q6600 and you don't need PC8500 to do so.

Why buy the bundle which includes ram...and then buy ram seperately as stated...or is it a mistake, if its a mistake...then dont get the bundle ...just buy a better mobo and processor...should be cheaper

Good point(s), didn't notice the RAM in the bundle.
Would a 650W PSU be enough juice? Or should I go for one nearer 1000W in case I decided to Crossfire at a later date?

i am usisng a 700watt toughpower with 2x4850 in crossfire....no problems at all...1000watt may be overkill...save a bit of money and get a 700watt...if its a quality psu then you wont have any problems
