Another new build here. This will be mainly for gaming. I always seek to achieve the best bang-for-buck that I can, and will happily overclock as much as I can. My monitor is 1900x1200, and will be going dual in future (game on one, desktop on other). I already have a good 650w power supply, monitor, 1TB hard drive, disc drives, retail windows 7, accessories and sound card.
Does this look viable? Specific questions are: is there a better 6950? I am happy to overclock. With regards SSD, this week's deal on the Agility 3 seems amazing, but I could be convinced to go with something else, and spend a little more if worth it. The cooler I've chosen seems decent and well priced - is there good reason to spend any more? I could stretch to £850 if i get significant gains.
I have chosen the mobo because I don't see myself ever going dual GPUs. I've gone with diamond compound mostly because I want to test it out.
