I'd be looking towards core2duo but if your set on amd fine, though definately get a corsair 520W PSU.

Why have you included an additional SATA controller? The Mobo should have its own already on the board?

Then go for a cheaper graphics card, 6200 should be fine. Also why the nice case and sound card if its going to be in a server?
