Please check screenshots - cause unknown?!?

I'm currently putting together an Mini-ITX HTPC with the following components:

Silverstone SG07
Silverstone 600w PSU
Gigabyte GA-H55N-USB3
Core i3 560
2x2GB Corsair XMS3

Powers on okay, but using the onboard i3 video I get the following distortion on screen?!? I have not installed Windows yet, and just wanna make sure this isn't a problem before I continue.

When I plug in an external PCI-E video card (which I will be doing permanently anyway), the problem goes away.

Looks like a faulty graphics card, or in this case a faulty GPU on the CPU

Yup, the CPU's GPU is mashed.

So, contact OcUK for a replacement? Only bought a few days ago.

Or it could be faulty RAM as the onboard GPU will use this.

Or a faulty connector on the motherboard.

Or a dodgey cable.
