Please check these setting for me guys i get in to windows then it crashes

Try this

BLK - 190
DDR3-1520 (Assuming you're running a 1600Mhz setup?)
Uncore 3040
QPI - 6840
Multiplier x21

CPU Voltage 1.28 (MAX 1.35) (Might need rising / lowering)
CPU PLL - Auto (1.80 - 1.96V MAX)
QPI/DRAM - 1.25 (1.2 - 1.35V MAX)
DRAM Bus - 1.65 (Dont go over 1.65, Shouldn't need to)


Leave your Ram on AUTO at the moment, overclock one thing at a time.
