Please check this build over/critique

Thanks for all the replies/help/suggestions.

Here is what I have come up with:

After some research (re Photoshop) it seems I am best off with a CUDA enabled graphics card which means nvidia; the EVGA 570 seems like a good balance of performance and price for my needs.
I've saved some money on the RAM by getting Kingston instead of Corsair.
I'm not bothered about future proofing for ivybridge-e, In 3-4 years I'll completely review my needs and prob build a new system and who knows what'll be kicking about then, hence keeping the motherboard cheap but hopefully very capable.
I'm thinking of just adding one more fan to the r3 as an intake and hoping that will be more than sufficient cooling.

that should do you fine no issues with it and have fun with the 3770k
