Yep - Change the power supply to Corsair/Be Quiet/OCZ etc.

would consider going for the phenom ll X3 with an AM3 board for future proofing and the excitement of unlocking the 4th core

Everything seems fine except for the PSU.

I'd suggest that you go for a more reliable PSU like:

Hiper 580w

or

OCZ 600w

well if you want to spend in a similar price range the seasonic 500W will do the job aswell although the coolermaster 520W modular may be a good buy aswell if you dont want to pay too much

Well saving you £44 and getting you a far better hard drive, 3rd part cooler (if you ever want to overclock, you will gain MUCH better clocks) Better (IMO) brand graphics card. and as you said you use your pc for gaming a higher clocked tri-core will run games better than a lower clocked quad.
