Better motherboard - capable of the next intel CPU, PSU will handle another 6950, CPU OEM + cooler is almost the same price and will run quieter than stock.
Do get that MSI board, stick to the Gigabyte, reviews prove its the best board for its price,

Also theres no need to get that expensive PSU just to go Crossfire when the motherboards are no good at Crossfire as they are stuck at 16X/4X instead of symmetrically do it at the better 8X/8X
Also are your current drives SATA or IDE connection?
How about some cheaper 8Gb RAM - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-060-GS&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1517 - and just use the stock intel heatsink that comes supplied with the retail CPU as you did say you had no interest in overclockng (but the stock heatsink is fine to about 4GHz anyways, the retail CPU also has a 3 vs 1 year warranty.
I think apart from the RAM I would leave your spec as it was, even the Antec100 case is much better quality than the Bitfenix.
current drive is SATA
