Hi i bought this mobo a good while back ran into financle difficulties and lost my job etc etc any how to cut a long story short i have just bought this to finnish off the system




ASUS P5N-T Deluxe AiLifestyle Series nForce 780i SLI Socket 775 8 channel audio ATX Motherboard(bought way back in january b4 i hit problems)

OCZ Platinum Revision 2 XTC 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 Dual Channel Series (OCZ2P800R22GK)(i know only 2 gig,but i will be running xp so it will be ample for time being)

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 LGA775 'Yorkfield' 2.33GHz 4MB-cache (1333FSB) Processor - Retail

OCZ ModXStream Pro 700w Silent SLI Certified Modular Power Supply

Gainward GeForce 9500 GT "Silent" 512MB DDR2 HDTV/DVI/HDMI (PCI-Express) - Retail (this card will be upgraded when funds are available,its just to get me up and running)

Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM (ST3500418AS)

Thermaltake sopranno case (black with clear side)

any tips would be greatly appreciated

NOTE i am not intreasted in overclocking this system i just want a fast one for encoding video and other tasks whic my current pc struggles with

its just after buying the board i have read so much negativity about the mobo thats all i am worried about as this is my first serious build and i was told to come and ask here thats it in a nut shell

as for not going 775 i relize that now but after the fact it was too l8 to go back lol
 
Well Some reviews aren't favourable but tbh as long as it does what you want it to the don't worry about if some people don't like it .....
