I wouldnt get the Akasa cpu fan as it would probably be the same if not worse than the hsf included with the cpu, if you want to upgrade he hsf get Tuniq it is a bit pricey though.

also i would get this power supply over the Zalman.

and this monitor as their seems to be a lot of ghosting with the asus 22" monitor.

Also, if you are going to play games with a 22" widescreen, the 640mb 8800gts would be a big advantage over the 320mb version.

what sort of price range have you got, maximum?
 
change the hard drive to a western digital and ensure you get one of the new intel chips with the 1333FSB :) other than that its all good

is a better spec imo, you would get a really nice performance boost over the suggested system. edit I DIDNT ADD WINDOWS, assuming that you already have it if not you can add it. =)
