I think its very nice! Unless you wanted to save money in any way I would advise you to not change anything

Lovely system.

I would go with the Corsair PSU - the 620. It is very highly rated, but then again so is the Antec. These chaps know too much about PSUs

They would pick the Corsair 620 above the Antec, or my personal favourite the Enermaxs. This is based on quality of components and the length of the guarantee. However your build is very classy.

Well you've managed to pick the part I've been most puzzled over :)

Basically I've been concerned over the length of the psu's cables within the P180 case.

I looked at the corsair and was tempted, but I would have thought that matching the Antec PSU with the Antec case would ensure that the cable length should be satisfactory. Not Sure.

Anyone got a P180 that doesnt have psu cables stretching across the mobo etc? If so, what are you using?

EDIT: Just checked the Corsair spec, and the cable lengths seem quite generous - http://www.corsairmemory.com/corsair/products/guides/Corsair_PSU_English_Manual.pdf
What do you all think, am I talking myself into the Corsair :)

You won't regret the Corsair. Everyone has been banging on about them for months - and they are backed by Seasonics long experience. The chaps over at jonny guru really put PSUs through their paces.

Few suggestions...
  • Why not going for a wide screen monitor? E.g. Dell E207WFP ;)
  • How about this GFX instead. Should handle & make above affordable;
  • Since overclocking, how about this HSF;
  • & second the Corsair PSU, even the 520W will be enough unless planning to go SLi in the near future.
Rest is A-spec :cool:

I have a P180 and a Seasonic M12 600W PSU and although the cables do stretch across the 8800 GTS they do all fit, which cannot be said for all the PSUs.
