regarding the mobo have been doing a lot of resarch for AM3, looks like the top dog should:
Asus crosshair 3> Msi > UD4p

I dont think you can make a bad choice on these boads they all seem to very good, have read a couple of negative things about that ram, IMO i would go with the OCZ AM3 low voltage kit

Good spec, one thing to check when building is the cooler might inter-fear with the chipset heatsinks, I have problem on my Gigabyte X38-DS3 & EP45-DS3P.
