Got myself a second HD 4870 today.

However there are a few things I am not so sure about.

As I am running two monitors do I have both plugged into one card or do I have one monitor in each card.

Another thing bugging me is I have altered the fan speed settings for the one card but when I enable that speed setting it only speeds one fan up instead of both.

Any help please would be much appreciated

You should plug both monitors into the same card.

And for the fan profile 'hack', you've only set the fanspeed for one card. If you scroll down on the XML file, you'll see a second fanspeed entry, you'll also need to change that to alter both the fanspeeds not just the primary card's speed. :)

Nice one thanks, managed to sort the fan speed profile too
