please help a first timer!

good afternoon gents/ladies

i'm just getting stuff together for my first build and i'm quite excited

getting an e6600 and Asus P5B Deluxe and would love some help on ram choice. i'm looking to spend around 150£ on 2 GB and was thinking either of these

GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GX22GB6400UDC)

or

OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC2-6400 Dual Channel Platinum Revision 2 XTC Series DDR2 (OCZ2P800R22GK)

or

G.Skill 2GB DDR2 PK PC2-6400 (2x1GB) CAS4 Dual Channel Kit (F2-6400

any advice or comments will be much appreciated

The OCZ would probably be the better choice. You don't really need high-clocking RAM with the e6600.

how much difference is there between 4-4-4-15 and 4-4-4-12 at 6400 speeds?

The OCZ should do 4-4-4-12 at DDR800, mine does anyway.
I have had it running effortlessly at DDR900 at slightly relxed timings, but I am going to see if it will run that speed with 4-4-4-12 timings.

thank you guys much appreciate your input, bought 2 gb of the OCZ today for 117£ very please with that price!
