Hi, I volunteer for a local lifeboat charity and we need a very simple program but I cant figure out what.
I want an openable "form" that we fill out with the detail of our callouts. what happened, where, when. That sort of stuff. Then I want (with as few clicks as possible) for it to both save and store on the laptop AND be emailed to me. And make it so that at the end of the year it can easily be graphed in different ways to show callout types pie charts and stuff like that. maybe something excel based?
what would be best for this? As idiot proof as possible please as all crew will be using it.
