Trying to connect to a Z77X-UD3H and really struggling anyone out there know what I'm doing wrong. I know I've not given much info, but I need guidence.

I am strugglinfg to understand why you are having trouble.

The Gigabyte manual shows what connectors go where.

The front panel connector on the board is colour coded so you cant get it wrong.

Yeah instructions should be in the motherboard, rather than the cases.

Thanks chaps, figured that out had power sw and power + - in wrong slots...

Ok I now have a new issue, it's posting 2 errors, 19. Pre-Memory Southbridge Initialization Has Started is one and 15' Pre-Memory northbridge Initialization Has Started, from what I've read it means my motherboard is running an out dated bios for my cpu, is there anything I can do about it?

Is it getting to the desktop?

Can you enter the BIOS and then the Qflash utility?

No it doesn't get the monitor, only a digital display on the mb.

Have you connected the Mobo Speaker? If so, does it make any particular beep pattern? If you haven't connected the speaker, do so

Card pulled and monitor connected to motherboard dvi. Switched on and still runs through error 19 then 15 and sits there.

There is a sound cable, which I've put in slot 11 on the bother board. No post sound has accrued as yet, it doesn't get that far.

One stick of RAM now, try in all slots and then repeat with the other 3 sticks of RAM

All ram rotated and tried singularly in all slots, also tried with no ram and still getting errors 19 then sits on 15. All this with no gpu in. So pretty barebones.

Usually, before I install ANY computer components, I build it outside of the case first, and test if it's working.

I would take out the video card, and only use the onboard vga/dvi/hdmi on the motherboard.

Overclockers have given me an rma code, I'm sure they'll just update the bios and hopefully all will work.
