I have had Vista (Home Premium edition) running fine up until now. The only thing I did was to install new nVidia drivers and when it went to restart it keeps saying "BOOTMGR" is missing.

I have tried the following
Booting from DVD,
Went passed the language menu,
Selected repair my Vista,
Waited for my OS to show up then,
Went to Startup Recovery, but it says it cannot repair my PC automatically and the problem still persists.

Any help or advice please. I am stuck in a limbo at the moment :( .

Thanks a lot for the reply The_Kid. It actually started by itself on the seventh attemp and I have no idea how?

Anyway you info is very useful.
