Hello all :)

I am currently using a VPN connection to a customers site, I can log in fine and everything. The only thing is there a way I can get a file from the customers site and bring it to my PC???

I have tried mapping a network drive but it doesnt work

It says "The drive could not be found as no network path was available"

Is there any other way I can lets say drag a file from a customers VPN to my desktop?

Cheers :p

Try mapping via IP instead of hostname

thanks just realised where I am trying to do this from doesnt directly have internet connection, the terminal services are setup on our server but ping through to the mail server and out to the site.

Is creating this vpn to extract a file a little more difficult now? :(
