Please help crossover

I am so confused on my first system

Av demon x540bt

Speakers JBL 510

What do I set the crossover at?

Default it's 80Hz been told to set them up at 120hz

It's specs are frequency response is 150hz - 20hz (-6dB)

Anyone?

Could not set them at 180hz only 200hz inc the sub will this be Ok?

Skyfall sounds great when the bass kicks in anyway to turn it down a bit playing Xbox one?
