Please help Easy oc Switch ! Have i done this right ?

Hi there i tried overclocking with the easy Oc switch to +20% and i got blue screen on startup so i switched it to +15% and it works (see picture ) does 3600 mhz mean its running at 3.6ghz? Please could somebody point me in right direction and tell me what i have done is right and if anything else can be done im using the standard cooler that came with processor? Amd phenom 95w edition 3.2ghz quad core

what does core freq mean ?

core frequency mean clock speed so that would be the overclock speed

Yes.

Actually it's nearer 3.7GHz.
