Please help me build a computer

Okay, I'm looking to build a gaming pc and I want to know the best computer I can build with a budget of £600. I can stretch the budget to around £800 if it's beneficial to spend a bit more to maximise performance. I have peripherals so that doesn't need to be taken into consideration with the budget.

I will be hoping to play Grand Theft Auto 5
I have dual monitor set-up both 1080p.

Hi, is there anyway I could fit a Intel Core i7-4790K CPU (Quad Core 4GHz, Socket H3 LGA-1150) into one of these builds or would it be easier with a new build all together.
