So in August a built a new system:

Corsair AX750w PSU
i5 3570K overclocked to 4.8ghz ( 48 x 100 )
MSI Z77A-GD65 Motherboard
8gb Mushkin Ridgeback (Set to XMP in Bios)
MSI 3gb 7970 Lightning (Stable overclock at 1200/1600)

Now ever since i had the graphics card installed i was having crashes, hangs and lots of other issues all related to the graphics card.

Then the other week it bricked it's self and i returned it. After returning it i was given:

Gigabyte 3gb 7970 GHz Edition Windforce 3X (Currently at stock which is 1100/1500)

After installing the card and installing 12.11 beta 11 drivers + CAP2, i fired up Far Cry 3 in DX 11 mode and after around 12mins or so, it would crash.

So i turned on DX 9 mode and again it would crash after about 10 or so mins.

So worried that my windows installed was a little buggered i decided to do a complete reinstall of windows ,the 12.11 beta 11 drivers and Far Cry 3. So again i loaded up Far Cry 3 DX 11 mode and it was crashing. Switched to DX 9 mode and the same thing.

So i uinstalled the drivers and installed the 12.10's, this time the game loads for longer then 5 mins, but generally lasts less then 10mins and completely crashes.

On all occasions i've had BSOD's ranging from "IRQ not less or equal" to dxgmms1.sys errors.

I'm running out of options and after having 3 months of nothing but inconsistent performance and poor drivers I'm completely regretting the move to ATI.

So for the life of me, can anyone please assist me and help me try and fix this issue.

Just realised that the memory wasn't set up to XMP (Which i thought it was).

Increased the volts to 1.25v and put it back up to 4.8ghz, running a round of prime95 64bit now.
