Ok so these are the games that i have bashed to death -

fallout 3
fallout new vegas
oblivion
skyrim
FF7

I like the kinda game where you put in a lot of time, so what can you suggest?

Started playing Witcher 2 recently, it's pretty good. I never played the first though so some of the story is a bit of a mystery to me!

This is a good thing in some ways, 1 is better then 2. I also played 2 first and was very impressed when playing 1 afterwards.

Another great RPG is Arcanum, this is also on GoG.
 
Thought from the thread titled that you'd misplaced your rocket propelled grenade...

Anyway, not really an RPG fan but I loved the Stalker series. Getting on a bit now, but can't be beaten for immersive gameplay.
 
Also, Silver - available on GOG now. Fantastic old RPG, fully working for Win7 and predecessors - they still haven't fixed that damn bell bug, though :(
