Looking for a work laptop. I've never bought a laptop would you belive! So dont have a clue what to look for.
Want a nice screen (about 14 inch) But must be good quality, nice colours, good blacks, ideally 1440p but 1080p might work. Something you could happily watch movies on.
As for work, doesnt need to be mega powerful, just modern and competent. Im mostly an emailer and some CRM software, bit of powerpoint. Don't need a dedicated GPU. IGPU should be fine. battery life obviously would like to be decent but not all that critical as I most always be near a socket. As small and light as possible while still being ~14inch screen and having decent enough perf. Also (along the movie lines) I would like decent speakers. But I know this goes against the small and light part. Maybe Im better just getting a decent bluetooth speaker and using that when I watch movies.
Oh and a huge MUST - A really decent webcam. thats crucial with all these work videos calls these days. Best webcam possible in that money please.
So to sumarise. Good screen, Good Webcam, Small & light. Doesnt need to be mega powerful or have DGPU.
£500-£700 please?
