Please help me mod GTA: EFLC!

Hi guys i've downloaded GTA: EFLC and I want to have a go at adding some cars. I've used this so far:

But it hasn't worked at all on both Lost & Damned and Gay Tony.

how do I go about installing mods for EFLC and which ones should I use?

If memory serves you need SparkIV to add and remove cars from GTA IV

There was another program that does the same thing but it's name escapes me at the moment.

Will GTA 4 mods work with ELFC or do I need to look for EFLC specific mods. Sorry I have no idea how GTA modding works, compared to other games it seems quite complicated.

OpenIV you can use too. I prefer SparkIV. The people in the thread should help.
