Please help me! No USB on my Tablet (Windows is corrupted can't boot)

Hello people! can anyone please help me. Windows is corrupted and I have no USB port to install a fresh install of Windows. I got the tablet a few months back from Dell outlet and it didn't come with a Keyboard or Dock. The price of them is nearly 2/3rds of the initial tablet cost and I can only find them in the states. Anyone have a work around. Is there such thing as a dock port to usb?

Please see photo. That's the only port I have. It's a Dell Latitude 13 7350.

Don't know, but would something like this help? You could then try a normal USB stick on it.

Ah, just realised, are you saying all the ports are on the keyboard bit (that you don't have ?)

Haha all ports are either on the keyboard or dock! I'm going to put the M.2 SSD into a laptop and install a OS on it and see if I can boot it then in the tablet and reset windows that way.

If windows does actually start
You can refresh / recover / restore your tablet to original factory settings.

Swipe from the right edge of the display to access the Charms bar.

Touch
Settings
→
Change PC Settings
→
Update and recovery
→
Recovery
.
•
Refresh your PC without affecting your files
•
Remove everything and reinstall Windows
•
Advanced startup
3.
Select any recovery option to complete the task.

If this came from Dell it has a 1yr warranty, I'd speak to them first

I have manged to reset it at about the 3424 time of asking and now I'm stuck with this glorious screen where my volume keys are not registering. About to put my foot through it!

that looks like a message from the bios not windows, if the only keys that the tablet has dont work from the bios, I'd say hardware failure, as I said prev should have 1 yr warranty, phone dell.

If it still has warranty I'd seriously consider returning it, hopefully that will do the trick for £23 though!
