Ok, I can only get my fsb upto 286MHz on stock voltage stable in orthos. At +12.5mV on my default voltage, I can get upto 301MHz, again stable in orthos.
My RAM has timings are 4-4-4-12 and is set a 2.1V (it's default according to corsair).
My temps are 53C after full load both cores for an hour at 3.02GHz.
Now here is the problem. My PC reboots fine and turn on and off fine.
However if I leave my PC off for a few hours and go to turn it on, it won't post, it just reboots in a cycle untill I resit the CMOS.
This morning it did it again, I left it in the cycle for a while but after 30 seconds it decided to post.
This leads me to the conclusion it's not stable. Problem is increase the VID Voltage further doesn't seem to stop this problem.
Do any of you know what could cause this, how I can fix it and how I can overclock my CPU further?
Also the mention my mobo is DFI infinity and the genie bios seems to be limited, here are the bios pics from another thread.
Thanks.
