Please help me spec an I5 on a budget

Looks like I forgot the Ram on my spec. doh!

What do you think of the mother board I chose ?

Is the one on the below spec better?

Up date.. Ordered the list you suggested Stulid with and additional drive and a Pioneer cd drive instead of the one on your list.

Hope that it all works and is reliable other wise I will be forever round the in laws fixing the thing! LOL.. :-))
