So I had problems with my Uber account not working.
They eventually emailed me back saying they needed to see some ID and cards on the account, I was to just reply to the email with a picture. Fine.
I replied to the email but got a bounce back saying that I emailed them from a different email address and it therefore wasn't received.
The reason for this is that they emailed me to [email protected] but when I reply to it, it gets sent from [email protected]
I have no idea why or how to fix this. It's never usually a problem because both addresses go to the same mailbox. But here it is causing a problem.
So I can't think of a way to fix this and my Uber account is still broken.
