Hi everyone.

I'm completely useless with tech!

I have a £1400 budget for a new gaming desktop.

I have a 24 inch 1080p monitor.

I want to play world of warcraft and RuneScape at high quality.

Can you please send me some recommendations I am utterly stuck!

I've been told AMD causes wow to crash so I'd like to stay away from them.

In gaming the gain is not significant,

I just went for a pre build already offered by OCUK. This was the cheapest 4070 prebuild on there.

The op could look around elsewhere but we can't link to outside websites.

Also the op has made it clear they are not tech savvy, they could build one for less.

It's possible the op could spec a pc and ask oc to build it for him. This would reduce his budget to £1200 ISH give or take.

As the op wants an Nvidia build anything less than a 4070 would be terrible performance.

Would advise you to get the 13400 as that has graphics which can be a handy back up but cost an extra £20.

F variant doesn't.

Went corsair as they doing offers at mo, and rgb ram expo...can save a bit going non rgb and treamgroup have 6000c30 non expo, but costantly on preorder...zotac on offer also and 5 yrs warranty

the crash you talk about seems to be with the gpu, and only seen a couple, so cpu s/b fine and am5 has an upgrade path for next couple years. I'd get an air cooler like peerless assassin
