Please help mini itx gaming build

Clockers can you help with spec-ing a budget machine for me.

I have a strict budget of £750 (which is already stretching it) and need help as I am driving myself up the wall trying to get this spec right. So what I am after is a mini itx build....I have mouse and keyboard and also a hd monitor, other than that I have nothing which means I will need OS optical drive etc etc. So case and insides with windows only....thanks. This rig should be able to play Dota2 and the likes please. My head is hurting trying to figure this out!
