OK i have a Logitech MX Revolution and in the last few days since sat night its beginning to stick. By this i mean, you can tell when your using it that it stops for a second before continuing and sometimes seems to get stuck all together until you give it a good shake.

It is fully charged and i have made sure that it is clean underneath and also the mouse mat is clean.

Any ideas? Its driving me up the wall!

is it wireless? I would suggest reconnecting to the wireless hub if it is. When I first got my logitech mx1000 it played up for a week or so for no apparent reason (others reported similar problems), then the problems went away and ive not had a problem with it in two years (is your mx brand new?).

No i have had it for about a year now and never had the problem before.

Yes it is wireless. I have tried to swap the usb wireless hubs around and that seems to have helped, dont know how or why. But its still not perfect like it used to be.

I would suggest reconnecting the mouse to the hub using the connect buttons(my hub has a 'connect' button on it, my mouse has a connect button on the bottom) as its possible that the frequency that the mouse and hub use may have become used by some other device (maybe not even one of yours) - try that yucca and see if you get any joy.

There is no connect button on the mouse hub or the mouse itself. I have tried unpluging the mouse hub and putting it back in again and turning the mouse off and on again and that has not helped either.

might be worth trying the mouse on another system to see if you get the same issues, could be driver related (corrupted driver) or some service on your system interfering - sounds more like a hardware problem has developed with the mouse, but would def try it on another machine for comparison

Mine did the same recently, My receiver was near my speakers/monitor, I've moved it onto the shelf above my monitor and it's fine now.

Give it a shot.

What receiver? The only things i have are the mouse itself and a usb thing that goes into the usb port.

I believe the usb device will be the receiver for your mouse yucca, as Auron suggests, could well be interference from a speaker or something similar. Also, have you tried a different mouse mat? When my mat gets dirty it plays havoc with my laser mouse - just another thing to try.

I'm having the exact same problem with my MX Rev... did you ever find a solution to this Yucca? My mouse is only a few weeks old and has had the problem since the start, although I think it has gotten worse?!

Cheers,

Suman
