At the moment I've got the CPU, heatsink, and 1 stick of memory installed.
I press the power button (incidently which way does the jumper go on? I've got a black and a white wire, which one is + ? It works both ways!?
), anyway I press the power button, and the PC starts, then a few seconds later it restarts and tries again, no beeps.
Also when I plug in the CPU fan to the connection on the motherboard, it doesn't spin, but when I connect it directly to the psu it does?
Please help I'm getting ****** off with it now
