Please help, ouse problems

Hi there,

Ive just brought a new Wireless Mouse for my girlfriend, but i cant seem to make it work. The laptop has a touch pad, and ive disabled that and tryed pluging the USB device in, the laptop picks it up, but the pointer still wont move? Any suggestions ..

Stupid question, but did you install the drivers which came with it?

It never came with drivers :mad:

Then you may have to download them?

may be very silly but did you press the button on the receiver and on the mouse so it picks up the signal??

Thanks didnt realise the mouse had a receive button
